A & A Property Preservation provides a range of services, including home renovations, property management, and maintenance. To ensure accurate and reliable estimates, we require an on-site expert consultation before delivering any estimate.
Consultation and Estimate Process
On-Site Expert Consultation (Required for Estimate)
Consultation Fee: We provide an on-site expert consultation to thoroughly assess your property and offer personalized advice. This service includes a detailed inspection of your property, identifying specific issues, potential challenges, and opportunities for improvement. There is a $150 charge for this consultation.
Free Estimate Included: The detailed estimate, which includes a cost projection for labor, materials, and other related expenses, is provided only after the expert consultation is completed. This ensures that the estimate is accurate and based on a thorough understanding of the project.
Deductible Fee: If you choose to proceed with our services after receiving the consultation and estimate, the $150 consultation fee will be fully deducted from your final invoice.
Payment Terms
Deposits and Payments: Payment terms will be outlined in the contract or agreement for services. A deposit may be required before the commencement of any work.
Final Invoice: The final invoice will reflect the total cost of the project, minus any deductible consultation fees if you choose to proceed with our services.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation of Consultation: If you need to cancel your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a forfeiture of the consultation fee.
Refunds: The consultation fee is non-refundable unless canceled within the appropriate timeframe. Refunds for other services are subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
No Warranty: Our website and services are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will meet your requirements or that they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, A & A Property Preservation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services or website.
